This was purchased years ago. Turns out I had opened one of the 13 bags of runners but cannot remember exactly why... Asides that one bag, it is brand new, with the rest of the runners in bagging.
For those who are interested, using the manual I have accounted for every part and runner (theres only 2 open/loose runners). This model comprises of 29 runners, that were kept within 13 plastic bags.
