This foil version is a true collector item, it was only printed in the first Sept 2023 Wave1 release which had very low volume. All subsequent reprints had the text corrected from "chosen character" to "another chosen character"
The fact noone knew at the time to collect this card, makes getting a PSA 10 very difficult especially the FOIL as most are not well kept. While all other cards include enchanted will keep getting reprinted, this card will never be printed again.
Also unlike the other promo cards this is actually part of the 204x cards chapter 1 full set, so any collector looking to complete the full set will need it. It's part of Lorcana's history and one of the few cards that can definitively be identified as wave1 release of chapter 1.
