Randolph Engineering Aviator Bright Chrome Bayonet 58[]20 Original Glass Lenses

Very rare vintage Randolph Engineering 58[]20 Bright Chrome Bayonet style sunglasses with original gray, non-polarized glass lenses. There is one very small scratch on the right lens. They rate 9/10. The frames have been disassembled and completely cleaned and detailed. All parts are straightened and operate correctly. This is a first generation model aviator frame, dating from 1978-85. It has the riveted nose pads.


. The temple tips are solid, the frame is very good, and the frame rates a 8.5/10. See pictures for details. The frames are straight and true, but I cannot make them new. Do not purchase if you want new. The 58;mm size is the small size in the Randolph catalog, generally fitting a larger than average sized person. The frames are 5.75” wide. Please use that as a sizing guide, with a pair of glasses that fit you well, to ensure that these will fit your face. Please do that before you buy. Comes with a hard case.
