Johnson Rigging & Mast Boot Tape by Rubbaweld is "Riggers Grade," self-amalgamating rigging tape. This 1" x 15' white rigging tape started the rigging tape craze in the 70’s. Now CS Johnson has brought back this self-amalgamating rigging tape that works well at covering up those exposed cotter pins and any other sharp objects that may harm sails, lines, or people.
When used as directed, this tape actually bonds to itself and becomes one solid piece. Rigging & Mast Boot Tape can also be used on hot objects for an emergency repair on radiator hoses, etc.
