This is a book about the American artist Ross Bleckner.
Ross Bleckner was born in New York in 1949 and currently lives and works in the city.
His work explores themes of light and darkness, change, loss, and memory, and he is known for his abstract optical art.
In the 1990s, he also created works related to HIV/AIDS and has been involved in social contribution activities as a UN Goodwill Ambassador.
In 1995, a large-scale retrospective exhibition was held at the Guggenheim Museum.
