The absolute only thing wrong with this is the crack in the screen otherwise this is brand new and was purchased this year in March.
To give you context apparently these screens are known to crack and you can look on Reddit to see that this happens to others. Especially if you don’t have foot heat dissipation.
Essentially 2 weeks after I got my computer (just past the included warranty) my screen randomly cracked just out of the blue. Upon contacting Samsung they told me they could do nothing for me.
Unfortunately since the Galaxy Book 5 had just come out no repair shops had the screen. I’ve been told they do now but I upgraded to a MacBook because Samsung made me mad.
The laptop works amazing and it’s honestly a workhorse. I used it for work daily. So if you want a laptop for pretty much half off this is the one! The screen costs about $200 so you’re still saving.
