It is the first appearance and origin of the She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters). Her cousin Bruce Banner (OMG, that's the Hulk!) gives her a blood transfusion to save her life launching this new superhero.
Please take a look at the pictures. I would call this a solid midgrade and there is small wrinkle in the cover top. Book is complete, no rips or tears. Some off-white especially around the edges.
Cover date is February 1980 is written by Stan the Man Lee himself an illustrated by legends John Buscema and Chic Stone. They only did this first issue and a new team started in issue 2.
