This appears to be an item from around 40 years ago, collected by my father when he was a child.
It seems to be a prize from a wafer chocolate.
He apparently said it was "sparkly" back then, and he seemed to jump for joy when he got it ✨
There are stains as shown in the photos due to long-term storage.
I don't know much about it, so I apologize for the poor explanation (^_^;)
