Many companies produce these including Enesco. I’m not sure of the manufacturer and if it’s a mixture of collie and Shepherd or purebred. Unsure of the compound, but it is dense and probably resin or dense polymer and heavy for the size. There are no nicks,cracks, loss of paint or repairs. There is a red handwritten price on the bottom that looks like it was made with a wax pencil. I will possibly try to remove that in the base in a non harmful way. Excellent condition minus the marker or wax pencil price on the bottom.
