Event program from January 27, 2007 - - boldly signed by Zamperini. Zamperini, a qualifier for the 1936 Berlin Olympics as a distance runner, was depicted in the movie Unbroken for his harrowing ordeal as a Japanese P.O.W.
Also included are newspaper clippings documenting the 2007 event, and correspondence detailing the day’s itinerary (all of which add to this item’s airtight provenance).

The program and signature are in excellent condition. The newspaper clippings (from the Daily Breeze and Los Angeles Times) are folded and have some age discoloration.
