These dolls have never been removed from their box. There is a crease in both the plastic and the box on the side, please review the photos, it was sent this way to me. The box also has fingerprint smudges on it and other imperfections. If you are picky about the box, you may want to pass on this set. There is normal shelf wear, the dolls have been displayed in my doll room. Box is not perfect so please look closely at the photos.
