Basically brand new - never been on a camera or outside. This package has been opened, and then my son informed me he no longer uses this set of cameras because they were stolen. So he has went to a new camera and failed to let me know before I opened this to charge as a surprise for his birthday. I wrote Nov 3 as that's when I opened the package and had planned to charge for use for my son's camera.
