"Super Mario World" was released by Nintendo in 1990 along with the Super Famicom console.
The soundtrack features Koichi Sugiyama as the overall producer and Sadao Watanabe as the music producer, with renowned musicians such as Soichi Noriki (Key.), Tsunehide Matsuki (Gt.), Jun Kajiwara (E.Gt.), Kenji Takamizu (E.Ba), Yuichi Togashiki (Dr.), Motoya Hamaguchi (Perc.), and Keiji Toriyama (Syn.) participating in the performance.
The album includes a total of 179 tracks, including original BGM and sound effects from "Super Mario World" as well as the Super Mario Bros. series 1-3.
