Rare early edition of this paranormal / occult / supernatural book looking into reports of UFOs, alien contact and extraterrestrial activity. With illustrations and photographs. Some rubbing/scuffing to covers, especially around the edges. Corners bumped and with some creasing. Binding faintly split in a few gutters, but spine is straight and binding remains quite strong on the whole.
