NWT stunningly gorgeous jewel toned green velvet Starlet Wiggle Dress by Vixen. This dress can be worn on or off the shoulders and comes with a matching Velvet green belt. There is an invisible back zipper, and kick pleat in the back as well. The interior is lined with a thick Ponte material, and the dress has some stretch, but the waist is a bit more firm. Size XL.
