This is the "Timaze" fountain pen "TTi-110 Titanium Blue," which was sold through crowdfunding.

At the time of sale, it was available in aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium, each with a matte and mirror finish. This particular pen is the titanium mirror-finish blue version.
The blue color was exclusive to the titanium version, with the nib also finished in the same color as the body. It was the highest-priced model in the series, and this color is already difficult to obtain.

The main feature is its unique bamboo-inspired form. Five "knots" are carved into the body, cleverly camouflaging the seams of the cap and ink space. The unified design gives the impression of holding a single bamboo stalk. The titanium blue has a mirror finish, combining the coolness of metal with the warmth that conforms to the skin, creating a beautiful luster and a tactile feel that adheres to the fingers.
