Description : Utilisé traditionnellement en phytothérapie comme calmant nervin pour aider à soulager la nervosité et l’agitation. Également pour aider à soulager la toux et l’irritation de la gorge due aux rhumes et au catarrhe des voies respiratoires. Ingrédient : 1.5g inflorescence séchée de tilia cordata (tilleul). Mode d’emploi : Enfants 2 à 4 ans :1 cuillère à thé, 1 fois par jour , enfants 5 à 14 ans : 1 cuillère à thé, 2 fois par jour , adultes et adolescents 15 ans et plus : 1 cuillère à thé, 3 à 4 fois par jour en infusion. infuser dans 1 tasse d’eau bouillante pendant 5 à 10 minutes, filtrer.
