Tortoise shell look, real cowrie/ cowry shell set in sterling silver (925 stamped). I have a 6" (snug) wrist, usually wear 7" bracelets loose. This is a touch big, as you can see chain adjusts from 7.5 to 8.5" Classy and sleek.
