This includes both vests (octavinelle and heartslabyul) pants, jacket , and tie.
For size reference I wear a xs and it was quite big . So I think it would fit a US medium to maybe large . It's missing the gem and has no arm ribbons. They can be glued on if you find a suitable one ! Ribbons can be placed using a snap button as well.
