The scope is also waterproof and has been tested in freezing cold conditions, making it perfect for whatever conditions you might find yourself in. The 2 CR2025 batteries give you 6 hours of battery (at 80% brightness. The XL variant gives you an impressive inside diameter of 41mm (10mm larger than the standard version). This is great for shooting in low light or 3D target archery where a larger sight picture is paramount.
