It looks like new at first glance, and the inside of the helmet is quite clean, but I have marked it as having no noticeable scratches or stains, so I think it will be in very good condition.

***However, depending on the weather, the adhesive strength of the internal Velcro may weaken, and the Velcro may come off when the memory foam is pulled. This does not affect the quality of the helmet, so you can continue to use it by simply reattaching it.

PE in the PE fiber device mentioned earlier actually refers to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, UHMW-PE. It is a high-performance organic fiber developed in the early 1980s, and is known worldwide along with carbon fiber and aramid.

In terms of defense against low-velocity bullets, the ballistic resistance of UHMW-PE fiber is about 30% higher than that of aramid fiber.

In terms of defense against high-velocity bullets, the bulletproof ability of UHMW-PE fiber is 1.5 to 2 times that of aramid fiber, so PE is currently recognized as the highest quality bulletproof material.
