Please see pics for details. The skirt is in excellent condition except for the elastic in the back that is no longer very elastic. I would just purchase this expecting no stretch. Other than that, no holes, stains or tears. Front center button closure so you can create a front center slit more or less to your choosing. This skirt is so beautiful. The tag says, medium, but I think it is a small medium, but not enough to say that it is an official small.
