Real Russkie Issue early Pre Glasnost Soviet Era Navy watch. Later watches with the crown at 3 were made for the tourist trade / export. This has crown at 1:30 and CCCP signed dial and shows the Navy anchor. Great all original condition with a period bracelet. Inside CLASSIC Russian pocket watch derived large gear train manual winding mech. Working as designed and takes a deep satisfying wind. This one shows some signs of honest use but is working well and crown works correctly and screws down. Watch keeps great time. Originally highly water resistant. I would consider this now dust resistant after 50+ years of faithful service. Dial and hands are very good and have not been tampered with. Original dial shows some crazing in the lacquer under a loupe but does not detract at all and appears totally stable / not flaking. Ready to wear and enjoy. Bracelet has good length. Not a huge watch by today's standards. Best on wrists up to 7-1/2" or so but bracelet will fit almost everyone.
