Vintage Charm
This is a lovely dress with vivid colors in a floral pattern. This dress possibly dates in 80's. I'm not certain. What makes this dress a charm is the fit at the top and flared skirt. Dress is slightly sheer so you may want to wear a slip. I would wear light beige or off white leggings and flats. 4 white buttons in front, 1 snap. Dress features collar w/ lapel, 48 inches long thin elastic at waist 14 inches stretched 17 inches. 2 side pockets. Colors: White, green, pink, yellow. Perfect for the season
