Vintage Koret Black Evening Bag with Black Beaded Embellishment & Rhinestoned Closure. This black silk evening bag with structured gold toned metal frame from Koret will be the topic of conversation at your next cocktail party! Sophisticated black silk with black diamond shaped beaded embellishment (7" x 2"). Manufacturer's embossed logo inside. The bag features 2 rhinestones atop the twist open/close posts. Gold tone link chain that can be removed if desired. The bag was made between 1929 and 1949.
The inside of this bag is the best part! Open this bag, and the red and green silk dual coin purses make a statement! The main interior color is a light beige or tan.
Condition: his bag does not even appear to have ever been used. There are no stains or even signs of use inside. With age, the gold plated frame shows some very light wear.
Measurements: ~ 10 1/4" width at base, 7 1/2" width across the top, 8" tall
