Beautiful intricately detailed plique a jour piece. Similar to cloisonne but with more transparency in the light, this piece features gold plated sterling silver (marked 925 on the back) with vibrant blue tipped wings. Inlaid with lapis stones. Likely Chinese in origin. Materials not tested.
