Vintage Sterling Silver Amethyst Nugget Screw Back Earrings – 9g Purple Stones

Vintage sterling silver earrings featuring deep purple amethyst cabochons in irregular nugget shapes. Each stone is securely held in an open four-prong setting that highlights its natural color variations and polished surface. The earrings have classic screw back closures stamped STERLING.
