Lillie Rubin was a popular ready-to-wear line. This is a UNIQUE vintage gown - label, fabric color and style indicate early- to mid-1970's.
This gown is in very good condition, was well stored. All embellishments - sequins and bangles in embroidered skirt, are intact.
Definitely a Petite size - waist ~ 24 inches, bust ~ 28. Bodice is orange jersey and does have some stretch. Length, waist to floor is 40 inches.
Beautiful example of era and genre.
