Technically brand new but slightly damaged. They came wrinkled and there's tiny defects under the buckles. The fabric seems to get scratched easily and the metal buckles are a horrible design flaw.
As for the shoes themselves, I've only tried to try them on once, my thighs are too thick. So they've never been worn outside or left the box.
