The “Quiet Birdman” was a secret society for U.S. Airmen that started in WWI. It was founded in January 1921. This particular certificate was awarded to L.T. Narigan. As stated in the note attached in the upper right that these certificates are very rare. The hat has signs of wear as I tried to show in the photos. I purchased these from an estate sale so I don’t know the exact history of these items. All sales final. Make me an offer.
