This is a beautiful vintage Native American storyteller pottery figure, crafted in 1987 and signed Tiessdrie. It features a unique turtle base with seven children riding on top, all hand-painted in traditional earth tones with red, black, and turquoise accents. Storyteller figurines are a celebrated Pueblo pottery tradition, symbolizing the passing of stories, culture, and wisdom from one generation to the next.
