Vintage Rooney brush with black bristles. It has 2 tone wood, the Rooney crest emblem (which is starting to peel), and the original price sticker from O 'Neils in Canton, Ohio! The side of the handle says Rooney RR4, Made in England, Pure Bristles.
It measures about 6.5" x 2.25" (at the widest point) x 1.5". There is dust and hair (cat hair?) in the bristles, and some scratches on one end (see pics). Otherwise, it is in good - very good vintage condition.
