Herr Drosselmeyer nutcracker S633 was the first figure issued in Steinbach’s Nutcracker Suite series (2013) in a Limited Edition. The series was created to honor the characters of Tchaikovsky’s beloved ballet, beginning with the enigmatic magician and godfather, Herr Drosselmeyer. Each piece in this series was individually hand-crafted and numbered as part of a worldwide edition of 6000. This particular example is No. 2791, making it a documented, mid-sequence production. He is 18” tall, no chips, cracks, or paint loss. Hand-carved wood, hand-painted he is pre-owned, excellent condition and displayed under glass only in a smoke free home.
