Vintage Scarf, made in Japan. Probably 60s, maybe early 70s. Reminds me of a "Stewardess" uniform from that time. If you're too young to know what a stewardess was... it's what a flight attendant was called. There weren't many men in the field, so the feminine StewardESS was the norm. And uniforms were dressy/sexy, not utilitarian.
