Most of these that I see are marked sterling silver, this metal is tarnished but appears unmarked. The metal is, like silver non-magnetic. Just short of 1” long it is for achievements in men’s archery. The tack style is very rare (I could find no others), it may be a dual pendant (missing its bale) or button hole tack. The backing screws on. This design appears to have been used from the late 1930’s into the 1950’s.
