Vintage 80s In Charge black rainbow polkadot short-sleeved high-waisted romper. Has notched collar, 5 button closure down the front, 2 hip pockets, and non-detachable waist ties in back.
100% rayon.
Vintage size S and seems true to size. See measurements for fit. Pictured on size 2/4 mannequin with waist ties tied on pics 1-3 and untied on pics 4-5.
