This is a quite beautiful and unique work of art. Handcrafted from recycled skateboard wood and exotic Padauk hardwood. I cut a block of Padauk hardwood in two pieces and added a couple of layers of skateboards in between. After being pressed together I hand-turn the bowl in my shop. Padauk has a beautiful natural red color. Whether you are a skateboarder or not it's hard not to fall in love with this unique bowl.
These bowls are meant as works of art and are not food-safe or waterproof.
This particular bowl has a gloss finish.
