Used vintage condition with wear and scuffing. Desk set cover has what appears to be melted plastic and pitting. Ballpoint pen ink cartridge is dry and will require replacement. Bottom of pencil holder swivels to reveal paperclip compartment, but is hard to turn and sticks frequently. See photos for more detail.
