Advertising reads; Kleen-Maid Bread "Always Fresh" Houghton Baking Co.
This one has me stumped. Not sure of the material, or the manufacturer. May be painted Bakelite, but that's only a guess.
Pencil works, and does have some lead in it.
Painted cream/tan color with brown text
