This is a vintage Walt Disney Character Mickey Mouse Teether Rattle. It was manufactured in Taiwan by Danara for Walt Disney Productions. It twirls, spins, and is non-toxic. It is New Old Stock. The packaging does have some issues. The cardboard has creases and discoloration and the plastic seal around the rattle is starting to come unglued towards the part where the original price sticker is.
