This toy is from a manufacture that was selling out their excess older NOS inventory.
This is the Tim Burton Nightmare Before Christmas Sally Paper Dispenser & Note Paper
Box is about 3.6" inches high and 4.8" wide and 1.5" deep and they are NOS (New Old Stock) still sealed in the original shrink wrap and never removed (I took one out to take pictures).
An Original Nightmare before Christmas item from the 2000's (Undated) and from NECA.
Box is Heavy cardboard and each paper has a faint image of Sally on it, haven't counted, but looks like there is about 100 note pages..
