Vintage Matryoshka doll bottle holder

Beautifully painted Russian Matryoshka doll with a mix of traditional folk art and storytelling elements. 

Top section features a woman's face with blue eyes, red lips, and a yellow headscarf. Underneath there’s Cyrillic text "ТРАКТИР" which translates to "Tavern". Middle section depicts a server in a red polka-dotted outfit. The table includes green plants and a roasted pig.

Bottom depicts a gray cat that sits in front of a brick wall. To the right of the cat, there're yellow floral patterns on a dark blue background.

On the back, you can see a child peeking out from behind the corner. The child is looking at a couple dressed in traditional attire. The male is playing an accordion. His lady stands nearby with a hand raised near her face singing.

Signed V. Ivanov and "Made in Russia". Holder is a tiny bit uneven on the bottom. It measures 12.5" tall with 2.5“ inside diameter. The doll is a unique blend of folk tradition and narrative art, telling a story showcasing classic motifs.
