Jc Penny mix & match collection brand new with tags never taken out of plastic. Egyptian cotton 400 thread count.
Plastic is a bit rough due to it being shipped with other items and FedEx busted the box open, so unfortunately the packaging looks like it’s been roughed up. It didn’t change the condition of the bedskirt at all. It didn’t rip or tear the fabric, it also didn’t stain any part of the fabric. The item is still brand new.
It’s a blueish gray color - package says “steel” for color.
