Used for a very short time, zero smell or stains , door open is a little tricky possible manufacturers error not broken just kinda weird to open, bag cutting attached inside door, one of the inner bag holding rings cracked so I repaired it with some duct tape not shown as bags are currently installed & i dont want to ruin them but the ring that's cracked really isn't good for anything anyways, easy foot lid lift with a push open disposal door to trap odor,child lock removed on top underneath lid it wasn't useful anyway, 2 boxes of refills with 2 bags in each box plus the one installed, easy install. This size is perfect for light use , pale is not very big, I used it for my granddaughter for when she would come over & my mother's adult disposable undergarments. Super easy to empty & set up again. Fits perfectly in small areas
