This is an Alocasia Cuprea Pint Mint. The plant is currently growing in moss under 80% humidity. Keep plant under the same humidity once you receive it and slowly transition to your desire humidity. I will ship the plant in its current substrate and in a dome to keep the humidity. know that it's normal for plants to shed a leaf or two due to shipping and their new environment once you receive it. they are living things. new leafs will grow. Care for an Alocasias, provide bright, indirect light, ensure well-draining soil, and water when the top inch of soil is dry, but avoid overwatering. 

Use a well-draining, aroid potting mix or a chunky blend. Alocasia can also do really well in Pon and a mix of Sphagnum moss and perlite. I used both these substrates on all my Alocasias and they love it.
