These Reverse Sports RX1 bindings are interchangeable with inline skates, quad skate and ice skate chassis. This listing is for the Ice skate chassis and the Medium size bindings. You open the binding up, put your foot in with your shoes one, and close it. Very similar to a ski boot except you keep your shoes on.
The Medium size is for the following shoe sizes
Men's US shoe size - 4 to 7
Women's US shoe size - 6 to 9
Reverse sports is now out of business but there are still you tube videos on the RX1. The change the size you press each spring loaded bolt on the size and slide to one of 4 sizes.
